What do I need to consider when choosing the shoe size?
A properly fitted pair of leather shoes should have a firmer fit than casual shoes, but they should not be uncomfortable. You should be able to ensure that the shoes fit properly with no slippage in the heel. It is important to have a firm feeling across the ball of your feet, as this area will stretch out and soften as you wear the shoes, especially if they are leather.
Where are Debbano shoes designed and made?
Every step, from the choice of leather to the binding technique to the application of the sole, is handmade in Europe, Istanbul, where the tradition of making shoes has been handed down from generation to generation for centuries.
What is the return/exchange policy?
In the event that you are not satisfied with our shoes, you may return them within 90 days of delivery. When trying on leather shoes, please test them on a rug or carpet. It is recommended that you wear your usual socks and try our shoes on a clean surface. Upon receiving the returned product, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Shoes must be in their original, unused condition before being returned. Please remember to include your packing slip in the box.
